The "Living the name of the School: Education for Humanization in Anne Frank Schools" project aims to examine possible correlations between practices among schools that are named after Anne Frank.
I assisted the research conducted by PhD H. James McLaughlin of Rollins College. Our quest took us to four schools bearing the titular name, each in a different country.
We had the pleasure to talk to the pupils, teachers and staff members of the following schools:
- The 6e Montessorischool Anne Frank in Amsterdam,
- the Anne Frank Schule in Frankfurt am Main,
- the Collège Anne Frank in Antony, and
- the Istituto Comprensivo Via Cornelia 73 - Scuola Secondaria di Primo Grado Anna Frank in Rome.
